Our Logo - Then and Now

Our first logo first showed up 25 years ago. As our mission evolved, so did our logo into what it is now. Both of these logos have been a recognizable symbol of our mission.

WKO’s first logo showed a baby reaching for a balloon. It represented our hopes for the babies and for our mission. Over the years, our ability to impact families’ lives grew by leaps and bounds! Now WKO's logo shows that the baby has grown and caught the balloon—the prize of a healthy, happy childhood! Now, the child is also holding the hand of a parent, camp counselor, or caretaker, representing our belief that children can thrive when they are loved and cared for. The image also symbolizes the thousands of families who have shared their struggles and successes with us—what a privilege it has been!
