Camp Whole Kids 2024

We are so excited to have Camp this summer! We have 4 weeks planned this summer for campers aged 4 to 12 years old, each with a different theme. Every day will include breakfast, lunch, crafts, horse back riding and swimming sessions and lots of other fun and educational activities. We will also emphasize health and wellness throughout the activities - as we do in all the programs we offer. Click below for an interest form.

Spring Gala 2024

WKO has wonderful friends who make our mission possible. This year we'll celebrate Christy and Phillip Roberts as our 2024 Champions of Children.

The WKO Christmas Store runs from December 7th to the 13th. Below are the open hours:

Thursday, December 7th - 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday, December 8, 12:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Monday, December  11, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday, December 12, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday, December 13, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

Adults must have custody of the child(ren) for whom they are shopping. They will need to bring only one of the following items for each child:

  • Social Security Card

  • Insurance Cars

  • Food Stamp Letter

  • Birth Certificate

  • Foster Care Letter, etc.

You must schedule your visit ahead of time by calling the WKO Office at (573) 663-3257

WKO 2022 Christmas Store

Each year, WKO makes Christmas morning special for over 1,000 children. Parents can either volunteer for an hour at the WKO Center or make a small donation to earn a voucher to shop for 3-4 gifts for each of their children. We need your help to collect 4,000 gifts for children ages newborn - 16 yrs. old.

Please send gifts by DECEMBER 6, 2022
if possible so we can stock the store for our families.

  • Registration, Open Bar & Silent Auction begin at 6:00 p.m.

  • Dinner & Horse Races begin at 7:00 p.m.

  • Dress is Causal - Derby Attire is encouraged!

COVID-19 Response

Due to the COVID-19 crisis and in accordance with CDC guidelines, Whole Kids Outreach is postponing all of its April and May events, including the WKO Crawfish Boil, Easter Egg Hunt, Performing for Life Dance Revue and  “WKO Derby Night 2020” Dinner Auction. Please follow us on Facebook for updates on these and future events. We thank all our event sponsors and event hosts for their hard work and support!

We hope you will continue to pray for us, and support Whole Kids if your personal situation allows you. WKO and many other agencies are on the front lines, steadfast in our mission, fighting to keep our community healthy.
